For Contracting Authorities under the Public Procurement Act and Decree â„– 55/ 2007:
1/ Preparation of Documents
We prepare documents for participation in public procurement procedures under the Public Procurement Act and Decree â„– 55/ 2007, including, but not limited to: decision, notices, instructions to the participants, technical specifications, criteria and methodology for assessing the “most economically advantageous offer”, statements, technical and financial offers, contracts, etc.
2/ Provision of Legal Advice
We provide legal advice on the application of the Public Procurement Act, taking into account the latest changes in the law and the relevant regulations.
3/ Prosecution
Upon request we provide the relevant court representation.
4/ Travelling out of Sofia
For Participants in the Procedures for Selection of Contractors under the Public Procurement Act and Decree â„– 55/ 2007:
1/ Preparation of Documents
We prepare documents for participation in public procurement procedures in compliance with our clients’ demands. We also make tips and tricks and inquiries to the Contracting Authority on behalf of our clients when necessary.
