Please, find attached the current Tariffs of the relevant Bulgarian authorities.
Please, note that the fees in the Notary Fees Tariff at the Notaries and Notary Activities Act do not include VAT, which in Bulgaria is 20 %. When you calculate your expenses, please add 20 % VAT to the fees in the Notary Fees Tariff at the Notaries and Notary Activities Act and you will have the correct amount to be paid.
You do not have to add 20 % VAT to the fees in the rest of the Tariffs, because only the Notaries from the listed authorities are obliged by law to collect VAT on their fees.
